Mother! "

How can I help you?
Are you pregnant for the first time, and have lots of questions? Are you looking into the option of a home birth? Are you facing pressure from your doctor? Are you a mother that has had a previous C-section, or is facing a pregnancy complication that is taking you down the path you did not want to go?
I am here to talk!
Every person is created in the image of God. This truth gives me courage and compassion in my work. It reminds me that every woman - no matter her past, her pain, or her circumstances - has immeasurable value and deserves to be treated with dignity and love. I am here to help you rediscover your worth and strength in God's eyes, giving you a chance to restore your God-given purpose.
Midwives Model of Care©
The Midwives Model of Care is based on the fact that pregnancy and birth are normal life processes.
The Midwives Model of Care includes:
Monitoring the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle
Providing the mother with individualized education, counseling, and prenatal care, continuous hands-on assistance during labor and delivery, and postpartum support
Minimizing technological interventions
Identifying and referring women who require obstetrical attention
The application of this woman-centered model of care has been proven to reduce the incidence of birth injury, trauma, and cesarean section.
"Thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise Thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are Thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." Psalm 139:13-14
